Return and Refund Policy – Atelier Panov

At Atelier Panov, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, exchange it, or request a refund, here is how to proceed, explained simply and clearly.

1. Right to Return

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item, without having to justify your decision.

The item must be returned:

  • unused,
  • in perfect condition,
  • in its original packaging,
  • with all its accessories and tags.

2. Return Costs

Direct return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. These costs may be deducted from the total amount refunded.

3. Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned item in its original condition, Atelier Panov will refund the product amount (taxes included), using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be issued no later than 30 calendar days following receipt of the returned item.

Important: Initial shipping costs, additional services (gift wrapping, special options), and any payment processing fees are non-refundable.

4. Item Exchange (Size or Model)

If you wish to exchange the size or model:

  • You pay the price difference, if applicable.
  • As well as the shipping costs related to the exchange.

5. Defective or Damaged Item

If the package arrives visibly damaged, you must report it to the carrier upon receipt. If you receive a defective item, contact us as soon as possible. In this case, Atelier Panov covers the costs and proceeds, depending on the situation, with the repair, replacement, or refund.

The product is covered by the legal warranty provided under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Any defect must be reported promptly after it is noticed.
