Terms and Conditions of Sale – Atelier Panov

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale establish the rights and obligations between Atelier Panov (the seller) and any individual (the customer) who makes a purchase on the atelierpanov.com website. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Atelier Panov, the customer fully accepts these terms. The customer declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. Products

Atelier Panov offers minimalist wallets and accessories whose description, price, and characteristics appear on the website. Images are representative of the final products, subject to possible technical display variations.

4. Order and Contract

The order is completed once payment is verified and a confirmation email is sent. The contract is deemed concluded at the moment the payment is successfully processed.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made using the secure payment methods offered on the website. Atelier Panov reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be billed at the price shown at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Delivery

Atelier Panov delivers the merchandise to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are given for information purposes only and are not guaranteed, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Right to Return

You have 10 days to cancel a purchase concluded remotely, in accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Beyond this legal period, Atelier Panov offers, as a commercial courtesy, a right of return without having to justify your decision. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error by Atelier Panov or a defective product.

8. Return and Refund

For accepted returns, the amount will be refunded no later than within the days following receipt and verification of the product's condition. The refund covers the price paid for the product; the shipping costs corresponding to the least expensive shipping method offered will also be refunded, in accordance with the law.

9. Warranty

The products sold are covered by the legal warranty provided under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, according to which goods must be fit for normal use for a reasonable period, taking into account their price and the conditions of use.

10. Liability

Atelier Panov is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products sold. These provisions do not affect the rights granted to the consumer by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act that cannot be set aside.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Atelier Panov website (text, photos, logos, designs) are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

12. Personal Information

The information collected is used exclusively for processing orders and improving the user experience, always in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of the customer's place of residence, where the law permits. The consumer may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC), www.opc.gouv.qc.ca, for information and assistance.

14. SMS Marketing and Abandoned Cart

We attach great importance to your privacy. The information collected as part of our SMS marketing program is used exclusively to send you notifications regarding your orders and promotional offers.

Consent: Your consent is obtained expressly (opt-in) and is independent of other marketing channels. It is not a condition of purchase.

Abandoned cart: Our store uses cookies to track the items in your cart. If you have consented, this information allows us to send you personalized reminders by SMS.
